This contest is subject to the following general bases:
A draw will be held among the participants who have correctly complied with the rules of the draw.
There will be 1 winner who will receive the prize of this draw.
The promotion will take place on 03/28/2023 at 10am. until 03/04/2023 at 11:59 p.m.
The name of the winner will be published on March 5, 2023 on the Tuvalum contest page and on the official Tuvalum Instagram account:
@Tuvalum.
Participation in the contest will be done through the Instagram application: you must follow @Tuvalum, comment mentioning a friend and like the publication where the giveaway is advertised.
Participants must meet each of the following requirements:
- Be a resident in Spain (only the peninsula and the Balearic Islands).
- Be of legal age.
- Complete the giveaway actions published on the Tuvalum Instagram account from March 28, 2023 to April 4, 2023.
This promotion is not sponsored by any manufacturer, brand or distributor of cycling equipment. It is an action created exclusively by Tuvalum for its followers on Instagram.
In order to be awarded the prize, it will be an essential requirement that the winner sign the corresponding letter of acceptance of the prize, and provide a copy of their ID.
There is only one entry per "IP" or Instagram account. Those multiple participations from the same IP will cause it to be considered void, not being eligible for the prizes. The use of fake emails, fake Instagram accounts or any other fraudulent email system will be grounds for void participation, not being eligible for the prizes or appearing in the table of participants.
Organizer and scope of the giveaway
Tuvalum SL, with registered office at Calle Duque de Gaeta 21, 46022 in Valencia, with CIF B98725641 and email hola@tuvalum.com, and owner of the brand Tuvalum (hereinafter “Tuvalum”), organizes from March 28 to March 4 April the free contest with no obligation to purchase called “8th Anniversary Draw” (hereinafter “the draw”) in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
Conditions of the draw
Between June 8 and June 13, 2021 (both included), whoever wishes to participate must meet the following conditions:
- Be a follower of the Tuvalum profile on Instagram.
- Like the Tuvalum post promoting the giveaway.
- Mention Tuvalum's post promoting the giveaway to a friend.
- Share Tuvalum's publication promoting the giveaway in your stories.
Description of the prize
1 prize will be awarded consisting of 1 bicycle reconditioned by Tuvalum, WRC Comp model in size M.
The prize is nominative, the winner may not assign it or sell it to a third party.
The prize is not refundable or exchangeable for money.
Choice of the winner
On April 5, 2023, the Tuvalum team will randomly select the winners. Tuvalum will collect the following data from participants:
- Participant's Instagram profile.
- Number of valid comments from each participant in the giveaway post
Next, a spreadsheet will be created with Google Sheets that will contain the profiles of the participants. Each participant will appear once as long as they have left a valid comment and published in story format the Instagram publication where the contest is advertised. A valid comment is a comment in which the participant has tagged a friend with an Instagram profile.
Each valid comment will have a reference number and will occupy a cell in the spreadsheet. Through a random cell selection feature, Google's software will select a random winner. We will then contact the winner via Instagram direct message and announce their name on the Tuvalum profile on this social network.
Prize presentation
The winner will be contacted via private chat message on Instagram. In the event that it is not possible to locate you within 48 hours, or if you expressly reject the prize for any reason, Tuvalum will repeat the selection of the winner. Once the prize is accepted, Tuvalum will be in charge of processing the shipment of the prize to the winner's address, with the exclusive condition that it is within Spanish territory (peninsula or Balearic Islands).
Data protection and use
The personal data of all participants will not be stored in any file or database by Tuvalum. Once the prize is awarded, Tuvalum will proceed to delete the Google Sheet spreadsheet on which the winner is chosen.
Intellectual property
Participants authorize the information contained in their public Instagram profiles, such as profile photo or name, to be published and promoted on Tuvalum's digital media and social networks, as well as on any of the official communication channels of the trademark without this generating the right in its favor to receive any compensation.
Reservations and limitations
Tuvalum Sports S.L. is exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the participants themselves that prevents their identification. The awarding of all prizes is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for another or for its cash equivalent.
The participant exempts Tuvalum from all liability for possible delays and/or any type of computer, transportation, or logistical incidents (by way of example, but not limitation) that may occur in compliance with these Legal Bases, waiving any type of claim and/or compensation against Tuvalum.
In any case, Tuvalum reserves the right to modify the conditions or Bases of this Draw at any time, without prejudice to the appropriate announcement by any means used to celebrate it, without assuming any responsibility for the modification, or for any force majeure. or circumstances not controlled by Tuvalum, committing to communicate the new Bases and participation criteria sufficiently in advance.
Likewise, and whenever there is a justified and duly motivated cause, Tuvalum reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes. In that case, and provided that the term expressly provided for in the current rule has not ended, Tuvalum does not undertake to award the Prize(s) expressly indicated.
Tuvalum reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Sweepstakes, change or modify any condition or requirement thereof and/or these Rules, as well as replace the Prize(s) or any part thereof with a different one. In all the cases cited above, users would be informed through the aforementioned websites or social media pages.
