Appointment with adventure and nature at Mediterranean Xtrem 2015
Sport, nature, culture and, above all, mountain biking. These are the ingredients that make up the Mediterranean Xtrem, an MTB test in stages that Next April 17, 18 and 19 it will celebrate its second edition, with almost 350 kilometers and a cumulative difference in elevation of 9,500 meters.
The Mediterranean Xtrem is held entirely in the province of Castellón, the second most mountainous in Spain and which has more than 700 kilometers of marked routes for mountain biking.
The first stage will cover a distance of 137 kilometers, with a cumulative gradient of 4,000 meters, between the towns of Castellón and Morella. The organization has designed a totally different route from last year's edition, with "faster pedaling areas" but maintaining "the same spirit of adventure and demand."
The second stage is the shortest of the three. You will start and finish in Morella, considered one of the most charming towns in Spain, with 68 kilometers crossing paths surrounded by nature.

The Mediterranean Xtreme 2015 will be held in two modalities: XtremBiker and PROBiker. The first is for all those bikers who want to do the entire test in its three stages, while the second only includes the last two stages. Participants can compete both individually and in teams.
